I hope your experience will be as great as mine, I love my 2001 Savage. I'm working on installing a Jardine, slip on, slash cut muffler right now. First real modification i've made. So far, so good, and I love the new sound. I don't really know much about motorcycle clubs, but there are a bunch! You might check with your local dealer, they get a lot of info. on clubs and local events.
This Savage website is a wealth of good info and tips. And, you might just search the web for motorcycles clubs in your area.
Stay safe and always wear your protective gear: helmet, boots, pants, leather jacket, gloves, etc! It really can save your life!
